  12rnd Fitness Birkdale is by far the best gym I have ever been to!
  
  You are greeted with friendly smiles, constant support, and endless motivation to help you reach your goals.
  
  The stations and instructions are easy to understand and suitable for all ages.
  
  I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

  I Joined the Gym in January 22 and can honestly say, UBX Birkdale has the best format of training than any other Gym l have previously attended, with a great mixture of Strength and Cardio exercises, the most enjoyable part for me is the pad work with the trainers!
  
  On top of actually enjoying my workouts for the first time, the club has an incredibly friendly atmosphere, where you do not feel like a number, but actually part of a group, all with similar goals to stay healthy.
  
  Bea, Av and the team of trainers inspire you to always do your best and are always supportive whilst welcoming you when you walk through the doors.
  
  Ten Months on and a loss of over 10kilos in weight, training consistently because exercise is finally an enjoyable thing to do!
  
  UBX Birkdale is definitely 5 Stars, and highly recommended.

  Walked into UBX Birkdale 4 weeks ago having never put on boxing gloves before & not much idea of what I was getting into. It’s now easily already my favourite workout having tried nearly everything over the last few years. Bea & Av in the mornings are amazing - they make learning the ropes feel so easy and manage to always balance challenging you and celebrating the wins. Such a welcoming gym with wholesome community energy, Birkdale quickly feels like home ground.

  UBX Birkdale is simply the best gym I have been to! Bianca and the team are super friendly and helpful. From the moment you walk into the gym you already feel inspired by the positive energy in the room. Highly recommended!

  I started at UBX Birkdale 14 weeks post baby. It’s great having no set class time as I can fit my session in between baby/family commitments. The gym community is so welcoming and workouts are very easy to scale to my postpartum ability. I’m really enjoying being able to see my fitness and strength build each week!
